7. It’s a little buggy…. For instance, try to listen to Yahoo Exclusives or Yahoo Music and you’ll get continuous error messages like “Failed to retrieve song. Trying to fetch the next one.” or “Failed to retrieve station. Try again later.”

17. Would be nice if it could play in the background when doing something else, such as checking mail or so forth. There’s the jailbreak Backgrounder but it would be better if the app had its own option.

73. I don’t believe it’s a First Amendment issue either. However, I do believe it’s a Fifth Amendment issue and a Tenth Amendment issue and at most, this should be a state matter
