I, like you, was definitely skeptical before that. Then I saw her live and the girl has pipes. I love GYFO and artists love it too. Christina Aguilera & Beyonce have both participated. I don't think Kelly would find being in a category with either of those ladies a detriment. It's pretty awesome to connect with artists you love. Maybe that doesn't personally appeal to you but remember that Alanis was on a kids TV show in Canada singing pop music during her teen years...similiar to Kelly..... Alanis went through dark times and put out Jagged Little Pill and Kelly has been facing a lot of press about the same thing. She's even said that her new album <b>My December</b> was modelled after JLP's story arc. I think you will find it pretty interesting. And, even Alanis is lightening up these days.
