I for one was not disappointed. He renewed his enigma. If he'd have come out and been semi-normal, I'd have been disappointed. He was, thankfully, weird as hell. Thanks for keeping us guessing, Sly. Please don't make the album people want you to make. Mostly I just wished they would get the rest of those fools off stage. Adam Levine? Who was that Fred Siegel-dressed dude singing with Fantasia? AEROSMITH?! Randy Jackson as Larry Graham?! WTF do any of those people have to do with Sly? Get out of the way and let him play with his band. Damn.
